全科护理措施在流行性腮腺炎中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of General Nursing Measures in Treatment of Mumps

目的探讨全科护理管理模式用于改善流行性腮腺炎患者抑郁状态的价值。方法对本院中2018年7月至2018年12月间接治的流行性腮腺炎患者一般资料进行整理和回顾。按照研究标准随机抽取出92例患者作为实验样本,所有患者均分为两组,组内录入46例患者。对两组患者分别实施常规护理(对照组)和全科护理管理模式(实验组)。根据两组患者的护理效果和护理前后其心理状态的变化进行比较,分析两种护理的有效性。结果本次研究成果显示,实验组患者治疗总有效率数据记录为43(93.48%),而对照组患者治疗总有效率数据记录为29(63.04%)数据对比差异显著且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时其护理效果也优于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对流行性腮腺炎患者进行护理时,选择全科护理作为护理方案,有助于改善患者的治疗效果,能够配合治疗工作的开展并提高治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore value of general nursing management mode in improving depressive status of mumps patients. Methods Arrange and review general data of mumps patients treated in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2018. According to research criteria, choose 92 cases randomly as experimental samples. Divide them into two groups. 46 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing and experimental group with general nursing management respectively. According to nursing effect of two groups and psychological state changes before and after nursing, analyze effectiveness of two kinds of nursing. Results Study results showed, total treatment effective rate date of experimental group was 43(93.48%), while that of control group was 29(63.04%), with significant difference(P<0.05). At the same time, nursing effect was better than control group, difference was statistically significant between two groups,(P<0.05). Conclusion General nursing as nursing scheme can improve curative effect of of mumps patients, improve curative effect cooperated with treatment development, which is worthy of promotion and application.
