在手术室护理安全中实施细节护理的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Implementing Detail Nursing in Operation Room Nursing Safety

目的分析在手术室护理安全中实施手术室细节护理的临床效果。方法我院在2017年10月至2018年12月需行手术的患者中随机选取86例,按照护理方案分为对照组(n=43例)与观察组(n=43例),对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施手术室细节护理,对两组患者的护理质量、满意度进行分析对比。结果观察组患者的护理质量与护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理安全中实施细节护理能够提高护理质量与水平,有助于为患者提供更好的护理服务,具有临床应用的价值。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of detail care in nursing safety of operation room. Methods Choose 86 cases surgical patients from October 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital, divide them into control group(n =43 cases) and observation group(n =43 cases) according to nursing plan. Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with detail nursing in operation room. Analyze and compare nursing quality and satisfaction of two groups. Results Nursing quality and satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Detail nursing in operation room nursing safety can improve nursing quality and level, and provide better nursing services for patients, which has value of clinical application.
