护理干预对大面积心肌梗死心跳骤停所致多器官功能衰竭的护理效果分析

Nursing Intervention Effect Analysis of Multiple Organ Failure Caused by Cardiac Arrest of Massive Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的研究护理干预对大面积心肌梗死心跳骤停所致多器官功能衰竭的护理效果。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月就诊的40例心肌梗死心跳骤停所致多器官功能衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法的形式将40例患者平均分为实验组与对照组,每组均为20例。其中,两组患者均采用常规护理模式,实验组在此基础上加行护理干预,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果经两组患者护理效果比较分析证实,实验组临床治疗效果优于对照组,组间比较存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于大面积心肌梗死心跳骤停所致多器官功能衰竭护理中,能够有效增强临床资料效果,改善患者临床症状,临床推广应用价值明显。

Objective To study nursing effect of nursing intervention on multiple organ failure caused by cardiac arrest of massive myocardial infarction patients. Methods Choose 40 cases multiple organ failure patients caused by cardiac arrest of myocardial infarction from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital. Divide them into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with routine nursing mode, and experimental group with nursing intervention on this basis. Compare clinical effects of two groups. Results Comparison and analysis of nursing effect between two groups showed, clinical effect of experimental group was better than control group, with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can enhance clinical treatment effect effectively, improve clinical symptoms of multiple organ failure patients caused by cardiac arrest in large area of myocardial infarction, and has obvious clinical promotion and application value.
