摘要
目的:研究影响国家级继续医学教育项目质量的因素,探索提高项目质量的方法。方法:对52个项目进行评估,按17个影响因素进行分组,通过t检验找出影响因素。结果:项目举办连续5年以上的、项目负责人负责项目的年数≥5的、项目负责人曾负责的项目数量≥5的项目组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:项目举办次数连续5年以上对于项目质量的提高具有正向作用,项目负责人负责年限和负责项目数量越多,项目质量越高。
Objective:To study the factors influencing the quality of the national continuing medical education project and explore the methods to improve the quality of the project.Methods:Fifty-two projects were evaluated and grouped according to 17 influencing factors.The influencing factors were identified by T-test.Results:There were significant differences in the number of projects held for more than five consecutive years,the number of years in charge of projects(>5)and the number of projects in charge of projects(>5)between the project groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of projects held for more than five consecutive years has a positive effect on the improvement of project quality.The more years the project manager is responsible for and the number of projects he is responsible for.the higher the quality of the project.
