The Influence of Internet Addiction on Sub-health Status and Academic Performance of Medical Students

目的:评价网络成瘾对医学生亚健康状态及学习成绩的影响,为预防网络成瘾提供理论依据。方法:用分层整群抽样方法调查1131名医学生的网络使用和亚健康状态情况及对综合学习成绩的影响。结果:医学生过度使用网络量表信度、效度较好,网络成瘾是医学生亚健康状态和综合学习成绩的独立危险因素。结论:应采取有效措施预防医学生网络成瘾,以期改善医学生的身心健康,提高学习成绩。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of Internet addiction on sub-health status and academic performance of medical students, and to provide theoretical basis for preventing Internet addiction.Method:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1131 medical students ’network use and sub-health status, and their influence on comprehensive academic performance.Results:The reliability and validity of the Internet Addiction Scale are good. Internet addiction was an independent risk factor for medical students’ sub-health status and overall academic. Conclusion:we should take effective measures to prevent medical students from overusing the Internet to improve physical and mental healthy.
