翻转课堂与案例结合的基础护理学教学设计与评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探索翻转课堂与案例结合教学法在基础护理学教学中的设计和应用效果。方法:整群抽取2017级一班为实验组,采用翻转课堂结合案例教学法,二班为对照组,采用传统教学法。结果:实验组课前在线训练项目得分(87.56±3.22),同伴互助得分(92.01±2.75);实验组考核成绩、自主学习能力及学习满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂与案例结合的教学方法,能够提升教学效果,提高学生的自主学习能力和团队协作意识。 Objective:To explore the design and application effect of the teaching method of combination of flipped classroom and case in basic nursing teaching.Methods:Class One of students enrolled in 2017 was selected as the experimental group,and the method of flipping classroom combined with case teaching was adopted.Class Two was the control group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted.Results The scores of pre-class online training items and peer assistance in the experimental group were 87.56(+3.22)and 92.01(+2.75).The scores of assessment,autonomous learning ability and learning satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of combining flipping classroom with case study can improve the teaching effect and enhance students,autonomous learning ability and teamwork consciousness.
