摘要
目的:了解以问题为基础教学法在神经内科护理实习生临床实践教学中的效果。方法:选取锦州医科大学附属第一医院神经内科实习的64名护理本科学生为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,对照组使用传统的实践教学方法,实验组使用以问题为基础的教学方法,实习结束后,对两组实习护生进行理论考试、实践技能考试、满意度调查。结果:使用以问题为基础教学法的实习护生理论考试成绩、实践技能操作成绩均要好于传统实践教学法组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时以问题为基础教学法组实习护生中大部分学生对以问题为基础教学法表示满意。结论:以问题为基础的教学法在神经内科护理实践教学中取得较好的效果,值得推广。
Objective:To understand the effect of problem-based teaching in clinical practice teaching of nursing interns in neurology department.Methods:64 nursing undergraduate students in the Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used the traditional practice teaching method.The experimental group used the problem-based teaching method.After the practice knot,the two groups of internship nursing students were tested in theory.Test,practice skill test,satisfaction survey.Results:The results of theoretical examination and practical skills of practice nursing students using problem-based teaching method are better than those of traditional practice teaching method,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).At the same time,most of the students in the problem based teaching method group are satisfied with the problem based teaching method. Conclusion:Problem based teaching method has achieved good results in nursing practice teaching of neurology department,and is worthy of promotion.
