摘要
介绍了液压绞盘的用途、组成及工作原理,运用技术归零方法和故障树分析法分析车载液压绞盘漏油质量问题。通过分解产品并迅速找到问题所在,识别出多余物为密封胶,且造成了O形圈损坏。进一步从设计、安装、备件保障等方面提出了有效的解决措施,保证了产品功能实现,提高了产品的可靠性。对液压绞盘、液压缸、液压马达等具有相似结构的设计、制造、质量控制等方面提供了参考。
The text introduces the use, the composition and the working principle of the hydraulic winch, and analyzes the quality problem of oil leakage of the vehicle hydraulic winch with the method of technical return to zero and fault tree analysis. By disassembling the product we quickly finds the problem and identifies the reminder is the sealing glue, which causes the O-ring damaged. Furthermore, effective measures are put forward from the aspects of design, installation and spare parts guarantee, so as to ensure the realization of product functions and improve the stability of the products. The design, manufacture and quality control of hydraulic capstan, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic motor with similar structure are provided.
