摘要
故障模式及影响分析(PFMEA)是预防质量问题的一种有效方法,文章通过以某一型号运载火箭的三级贮箱为案例,深入分析PFMEA的实施步骤和各要素,对筛选出的故障模式制定了改进措施,总结改进措施的落实结果和有效性,使PFMEA在运载火箭产品的研制过程中能够真正发挥其预防、降低风险的作用。
PFMEA is an effective method to prevent quality problems. taking a third class container of a certain type of launch vechicle as a case, the implementation process and elements of PFMEA are deeply analyzed, the improvement measures are formulated for the screened failure modes, and the implementation results of the improvement measures are given, to make sure the PFMEA can truly play its role in preventing and reducing risks in the development of launch vehicle products.
