Discussion on Quality Tracing Management System of Aerospace Product Assembly

在航天产品品种多批量小制造模式下,为解决装配质量问题追溯难度大的问题,提出了涵盖问题发现、追溯及处理的质量可追溯管理系统架构,研究了面向多品种小批量的产品质量控制技术、质量问题关联关系模型以及质量问题追溯数据模型,给出了航天产品质量可追溯技术的实现路径。

In order to solve the problem that the assembly quality problem is difficult to trace under the multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing mode of aerospace products, a quality tracing management system architecture covering quality problem discovery, tracing and processing was proposed. The product quality control technology, the quality problem correlation model and the quality problem tracing data model for multi-variety and small batches were studied, and the aerospace products quality tracing technology implementation path was given.
