大气细颗粒物暴露对婴幼儿喘息性疾病肺功能和血液白介素-1β水平的影响

Effects of fine particulate matter exposure on pulmonary function and serum level of interleukin-1 beta in infants with wheezing diseases

摘要 目的探讨大气细颗粒物暴露对婴幼儿喘息性疾病肺功能和血液白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平影响。方法随机收集2017年10月-2018年3月温州市各监测点包括市区(城区)、瓯海(工业区)、洞头(渔区)、泰顺(山区)患喘息性疾病的婴幼儿各30例,对近1周PM2.5暴露水平与肺功能和血液IL-1β水平进行检测,探讨不同地区婴幼儿喘息性疾病患者PM2.5暴露水平与肺功能和IL-1β水平相关性。结果不同地区婴幼儿喘息患者PM2.5暴露水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=14.86,P<0.01);IL-1β水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=27.56,P<0.01);不同地区婴幼儿喘息肺功能比较,Ti/Te.vPTEF/vE.tPTEF/tE在山区、渔区、工业区、城区,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同地区PM2.5暴露水平与肺功能tPTEF/tE呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.01),IL-1β水平与不同地区PM2.5暴露水平呈正相关(r=0.63,P<0.01)。结论血液IL-1β水平可反映儿童喘息性疾病患者近期PM2.5暴露水平和肺功能改变。 Objective To observe the effect of fine particulate matter exposure on pulmonary function and the serum level of interleukin-1 beta in infants with wheezing diseases.Methods Every thirty patients suffering from wheezing diseases were respectively collected from October 2017 to March 2018 from the monitoring points of Wenzhou City including urban area,Ouhai(industrial area),Dongtou(fishing area),and Taishun(mountainous area).The levels of PM2.5 exposure,lung function and blood IL-1β levels were measured in the past week,and the correlation between the exposure level of PM2.5 and lung function and IL-1β was observed in infants with wheezing disease in different region.Results There were statistical significance on the differences in the exposure level of PM2.5 in infant patients with wheezing disease among different regions(F=14.86,P<0.01),and there was statistical significance on the difference of interleukin 1β level(F=27.56,P<0.01).The lung function was compared in patients suffering from wheezing diseases in different regions,and there was statistical significance on the difference between Ti/Te and vPTEF/vE(F=7.35-8.15,P<0.05),while the difference of TPTEF/tE is more significant(F=12.54,P<0.01).The level of PM2.5 exposure was positively correlated with pulmonary function tPTEF/tE in different regions(r=0.59,P<0.01),and there was positive correlation between IL-1β level and PM2.5 exposure level in different regions(r=0.63,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of IL-1 β in blood can reflect recent PM2.5 exposure and lung function in children with wheezing diseases.
