多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜血流及转化生长因子-β、基质金属蛋白酶9表达与患者病情严重程度及预后的关系

Relationship between endometrial blood flow, TGF-beta, MMP-9 expression in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and their severity and prognosis

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜血流及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表达水平与患者病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法选取本院2016年11月-2017年11月就诊的90例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用三维彩超检测子宫内膜血流状态,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中TGF-β、MMP-9水平,探讨子宫内膜血流、血清中TGF-β、MMP-9水平与患者病情及预后的关系。结果 A组患者TGF-β和MMP-9水平明显高于B、C、D 3组,A组患者RI和PU水平明显高于B、C、D 3组患者,且高于对照组,VI和FI明显低于B、C、D 3组。Logistic回归分析结果提示患者MMP-9(P=0.01)、TGF-β(P=0.02)、FI(P=0.04)是不孕不育的独立危险因素。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者炎症状态及子宫内膜血流与患者病情及预后密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between endometrial blood flow,TGF-beta,MMP-9 expression in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and the severity of the disease and prognosis.Methods Ninety patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected from our hospital during November 2016-November 2017.All patients were examined by three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound to detect the blood flow status of endometrium.The serum levels of TGF一beta and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).To explore the relationship between endometrial blood flow,serum TGF-beta,MMP-9 levels and the severity and prognosis of patients.Results The levels of TGF-beta and MMP-9 in type A patients were higher than those of type B,type C and type D,The levels of RI and PU in type A patients were higher than those of type B,type C,type D and the control group,while VI an FI were lower than that in type B,type C,type D.The results of Logistic regression analysis suggested that MMP-9(P=0.01),TGF-beta(P=0.02)and FI(P=0.04)are independent risk factors for infertility.Conclusion The inflammatory state and endometrial blood flow in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are closely related to the patients'condition and prognosis.
