台州市腹泻人群腺病毒感染调查及流行特征分析

Investigation and epidemiological characteristics of adenovirus in diarrhea patients in Taizhou

目的分析2017年10月-2018年9月台州市腹泻病例中腺病毒感染及流行病学特征,为感染性腹泻的预防与控制提供实验室支持。方法收集2017年10月-2018年9月台州市哨点医院腹泻就诊患者的信息及粪便标本,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测腺病毒抗原,并对患者的流行病学特征进行分析。结果腹泻人群中腺病毒总阳性率为3.03%(14/462),流行病学特征显示不同年龄组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别和季度等特征阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腺病毒是台州市腹泻人群中尤其是5岁以下儿童的常见病原体之一,应加强对感染性腹泻人群进行持续性的病原学监测。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of adenovirus in diarrhea patients in Taizhou. Methods Information and fecal samples of patients with diarrhea were collected from the sentinel hospitals in Taizhou City from October 2017 to September 2018. The adenovirus antigen was detected by ELISA sandwich method, and the epidemiological characteristics of the patients were analyzed. Results The total detection rate of adenovirus in diarrhea patients was 3.03%(14/462). The differences in epidemiological characteristics showed statistical significance among age groups(P<0.05), and the differences had no statistical significance in gender and quarter(P>0.05). Conclusion Adenovirus is a common pathogen in infectious diarrhea patients in Taizhou, especially the children under 5 years old. We should strengthen the continuous pathogen surveillance in infectious diarrhea population.
