单侧穿刺经皮椎体成形术治疗多节段骨质疏松压缩性骨折疗效观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察单侧穿刺经皮椎体成形术治疗多节段老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床疗效及安全性。方法多节段老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者43例,采用单侧穿刺经皮椎体成形术治疗,术后第1天、第3个月、第6个月评估oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)、矢状位椎体Cobb角、视觉疼痛模拟评分(vision analogue scale,VAS)。结果治疗前、后比较ODI指数、矢状位椎体Cobb角、VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单侧穿刺经皮椎体成形术治疗多节段老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床疗效满意及安全性确切。
