目的认真贯彻落实中共中央办公厅印发关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见,进一步提升公立医院行政支部党建工作水平,让公立医院行政支部党建工作规范化、标准化、常态化。方法通过创建基层示范性党组织活动,推行卫健系统基层党建规范化建设,运用党员先锋指数以及支部堡垒指数管理办法,充分发挥支部全体支委的创新思维,采用PDCA循环等现代医院管理工具,统计分析支部党建工作存在的问题和不足,制订相关制度和流程,结合相关考核措施,并不断改进和完善。结果调动了各支委以及全体党员活动的积极性、主动性。规范了医院支部的制度和流程,建成了一支政治过硬、纪律严明、廉洁高效的医院行政党支部。结论通过贯彻落实党中央、各级党委关于基层党建的各项决策部署和要求,结合医院实际情况,不断创新,规范了支部党的建设。在医院业务管理中,支部发挥了基层党组织战斗堡垒作用,为落实现代医院管理制度,推动医院高质量发展贡献出支部的智慧和力量。
