中医教育与现实需要的矛盾及改革的思考

随着西方医学的不断流入,传统的中医学受到了一定程度的冲击。不仅如此,中医教育的有效开展也受到了阻碍。为更好地将中医学文化发扬光大,中医学高等教育的规模在不断的扩大。但由于现实需求的局限性,中医学专业学生在就业问题上出现了临床技术不够强,竞争力差等问题。中医学专业的学生要想在医学界有更好的发展空间,就必须要适应现状在学习好中医学专业知识外加强自身的临床工作能力。此类现状得到了越来越多的关注,尤其是学生在选择专业时对于所选专业的市场以及现状有了新的考量。

With the continuous influx of Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has suffered a certain degree of impact.Not only that,but the effective development of Chinese medicine education has also been hindered.In order to better carry forward the Chinese medicine culture,the scale of Chinese medicine higher education is constantly expanding.However,due to the limitations of actual needs,Chinese medicine majors have problems such as insufficient clinical skills and poor competitiveness in employment issues.In order to have a better development space in the medical field,Chinese medicine majors must adapt to the status quo and strengthen their clinical work ability in addition to learning Chinese medicine expertise.This kind of status quo has received more and more attention,especially when students choose a major,they have new considerations for the market and status quo of the selected profession.
