摘要
目的探索肠内营养耐受性和住院危重患者早期下床活动的关系。方法选取于我院接受治疗的92例住院危重患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,采用常规功能锻炼的46例患者为对照组,采用阶梯式早期下床活动进行锻炼的46例患者为观察组。比较两组患者的肠内营养不耐受指标、达到目标喂养量的时间以及导管相关不良事件的发生率。结果观察组的肠内营养中断发生率为0%显著低于对照组为17.39%,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的目标喂养量达到时间(3.02±0.76)d显著低于对照组(3.73±0.49)d,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的导管相关不良事件总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论早期下床活动患者的相关导管不良事件发生率与卧床休养患者无差异,安全性均较高,早期下床活动能够提高患者的肠内营养耐受性,且达到目标喂养量的时间较短,有助于提高患者免疫力,促进患者身体恢复。
Objective To explore the relationship between enteral nutrition tolerance and early outpatient activities in critically ill hospitalized patients.Methods Ninety-two hospitalized critically ill patients who were treated in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty-six patients who used routine functional exercise were used as the control group.Forty-six patients who underwent early step-down activities were the observation group.The indicators of enteral nutrition intolerance,the time to reach the target feeding amount,and the incidence of catheter-related adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of interruption of enteral nutrition in the observation group was 0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 17.39%(P<0.05).The target feeding time of the observation group(3.02±0.76)d was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.73±0.49)d,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of catheter-related adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of related catheter adverse events in patients with early bed-out activities is no different from that in bed rest patients,and the safety is high.Early bed-out activities can improve the enteral nutrition tolerance of patients,and the target feeding time is shorter.Helps improve the patient’s immunity and promote the recovery of the patient’s body.
