结肠癌根治术患者临床特征与预后的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between Clinical Features and Prognosis of Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

目的探究结肠癌根治术患者临床特征与预后的相关性分析。方法特选取我院结直肠外科在2014年6月至2015年6月通过结肠癌根治术治疗50例患者,并对其临床特征以及预后的多因素进行分析,并且随访四年后进行观察存活情况。结果年龄、肿瘤大小、Dukes分期以及肿瘤淋巴结转移情况均是能够影响最终预后结果的相关因素,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过对于危险因素的探究,在临床治疗结肠癌根治术患者的过程中,能够有效控制和尽量避免危险因素的发生可能,以此保障患者术后的预后效果以及存活情况,值得在临床之中推广并应用。

Objective To explore the correlation between clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer.Methods Fifty patients with colorectal cancer underwent radical resection in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and their clinical characteristics and prognosis were analyzed.Survival was observed after four years of follow-up.Results Age,tumor size,Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis were all related factors affecting the final prognosis,P<0.05,had statistical significance.Conclusion Through exploring the risk factors,we can effectively control and avoid the occurrence of risk factors in the clinical treatment of patients with radical resection of colon cancer,so as to ensure the prognosis and survival of patients after operation.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
