浸润性乳腺癌免疫组化指标与超声表现特点关系特征

Relationship between Immunohistochemical Parameters and Ultrasonographic Features of Invasive Breast Cancer

目的探究浸润性乳腺癌免疫组化指标与超声表现特点关系特征。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的47例乳腺癌患者,将其作为研讨对象,分析浸润性乳腺癌患者的免疫组织化学指标与超声表现特点关系特征。结果浸润性乳腺癌患者的雌激素受体(ER)阳性和孕激素受体(PR)阳性的边缘毛刺、微小钙化、后方回声衰减以及高回声晕环均比雌激素受体(ER)阴性和孕激素受体(PR)阴性高。结论浸润性乳腺癌超声表现特点,包括边缘毛刺、微小钙化、后方回声衰减以及高回声晕环等,均免疫组织化学指标中ER、PR有关,可用于临床上鉴别浸润性乳腺癌,具有显著效果。

Objective To explore the relationship between the immunohistochemical parameters of invasive breast cancer and the characteristics of ultrasonography.Methods Forty-seven patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.The relationship between immunohistochemical parameters and ultrasound features of invasive breast cancer patients was analyzed.Results Edge burr,microcalcification,posterior echo attenuation and hyperechoic halo of estrogen receptor(ER)positive and progesterone receptor(PR)positive patients with invasive breast cancer are higher than those of estrogen receptor(ER)negative and progesterone receptor(PR)negative patients.Conclusion The ultrasonographic features of invasive breast cancer,including marginal burrs,microcalcification,posterior echo attenuation and hyperechoic halo ring,are all related to ER,PR in immunohistochemical indices,which can be used to differentiate invasive breast cancer clinically with significant effect.
