摘要
目的对儿童生长迟缓的发病因素进行分析。方法本次研究对象为某医院儿科生长发育门诊及某儿童成长健康管理中心就诊的儿童772例,根据患儿生长发育情况分为正常身高组152例、偏矮身材组326例以及特发性矮身材组294例,对三组患儿的个人史、既往疾病史、饮食情况、运动情况以及睡眠情况进行分析。结果年龄、性别、反复呼吸道感染、分娩方式以及体质组间对比无显著差异,P>0.05;妊高症、胎龄、出生时缺氧情况、消化道疾病、反复扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大、鼻炎、湿疹、过敏性紫癜、挑食、饮用牛奶、饮水量、运动、睡眠质量以及大便排便情况组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论年龄、性别、反复呼吸道感染、分娩方式以及体质非儿童生长迟缓发病的影响因素,妊高症、胎龄、出生时缺氧情况、消化道疾病、反复扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大、鼻炎、湿疹、过敏性紫癜、挑食、饮用牛奶、饮水量、运动、睡眠质量以及大便排便情况是儿童生长迟缓发病的影响因素。
Objective To analyze the pathogenesis of growth retardation in children.Methods The study object for the growth and development of a hospital pediatric outpatient service and a child development centre for health management of 772 cases of children,according to the growth of children is divided into normal height group 152 cases,partial short stature group 326 cases and 294 cases of idiopathic short stature group,on the personal history of the three groups of children,history of disease,diet,exercise and sleep is analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,repeated respiratory infection,delivery mode and physical condition between the two groups(P>0.05).Preeclampsia,gestational age,hypoxia at birth,digestive tract disease,recurrent tonsillitis,adenoid hypertrophy,rhinitis,eczema,allergic purpura,picky eating,milk consumption,water intake,exercise,sleep quality,and defecation were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,gender,recurrent respiratory tract infections,delivery way and constitution of children’s growth retardation factors that influence the pathogenesis of pih,gestational age,birth hypoxia condition and the digestive tract disease,repeated tonsillitis,adenoid hypertrophy,rhinitis,eczema,allergic purpura,picky about food,drink milk,drinking,exercise,sleep quality and fecal defecation is delayed child growth factors of the disease.
