认知行为干预对老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者术前焦虑状态的影响

Effect of Cognitive Behavior Intervention on Preoperative Anxiety Status in Elderly Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨认知行为干预对老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者术前焦虑状态和睡眠质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,将84例老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者按随机分为试验组和对照组各42例,对照组采用常规术前健康指导,试验组在此基础上给予认知行为干预。于干预前、干预后(术前早晨)采用焦虑量表和睡眠质量量表评价两组患者焦虑状态和睡眠质量。结果干预前两组患者焦虑自评得分与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组焦虑自评得分显著低于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(t=-2.097,P=0.005);干预后试验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分显著低于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(t=-4.662,P=0.000)。结论认知行为干预有利于提升患者对疾病治疗的合理认知,缓解其焦虑状态,提高睡眠质量,提高患者术前准备度。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on preoperative anxiety and sleep quality in elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 84 patients with elderly diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by 42 cases.The control group used routine preoperative healthy guidance,and the experimental group gave cognitive behavior intervention on this basis.Anxiety scale and sleep quality scale were used to evaluate the anxiety state and sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention(pre-operative morning).Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety self-assessment and Pittsburgh sleep quality index between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the self-evaluation scores of the anxiety group in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.097,P=0.005).After the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.662,P=0.000).Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention is conducive to improving patients’reasonable understanding of disease treatment,relieving their anxiety state,improving sleep quality,and improving patient preoperative readiness.
