综合护理干预在静脉留置针患者并发静脉炎中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Phlebitis Complicated by Intravenous Catheter

目的探讨综合护理干预在静脉留置针患者并发静脉炎中的预防作用。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在本院重症医学科接受静脉输液的患者共120例,随机分为综合护理干预组(观察组)和常规护理干预组(对照组),每组60例。比较采取不同护理干预后两组患者的静脉炎发生率、一次穿刺成功率、留置针保留时间以及护理服务满意度。结果观察组静脉炎发生率为8.3%,显著低于对照组33.3%(P<0.05);观察组一次穿刺成功率、留置针保留时间以及对护理服务的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效降低静脉留置针患者静脉炎发生率,并延长留置时间,提高一次穿刺成功率和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to prevent phlebitis caused by intravenous catheter.Methods A total of 120 ICU patients with venous indwelling needle in our hospital(from June 2018 to June 2019)were selected for the study.All patients were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention).The incidence of phlebitis,success rate of puncture,needle retaining time and nursing satisfaction were compared of two groups.Results There was significantly difference in the incidence of phlebitis compared with observation group 8.3%and control group 33.3%(P<0.05).The success rate of once puncture and nursing satisfaction was statistically significant higher than control group,the needle retaining time was significantly longer than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis,prolong the time of needle retention,raise the success rate of puncture and satisfaction of patients.
