双囊导尿管在肛门括约肌松弛患者保留灌肠时的应用观察

Application of Double-sac Catheter in Retention Enema for Patients with Anal Sphincter Relaxation

目的探讨双囊导尿管在肛门括约肌松弛患者保留灌肠时的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月我院收治的肠梗阻需保留灌肠患者85例,按照随机数字表法分成常规组(42例)和双囊导尿管应用组(43例),常规组采用常规保留灌肠,双囊导尿管应用组采用双囊导尿管保留灌肠,观察两组灌肠效果、灌肠液保留时间、排气时间、住院时间,比较两组灌肠液量、排便量、患者满意度及不适反应。结果双囊导尿管应用组灌肠总有效率为95.35%(41/43),常规组为83.33%(35/42),双囊导尿管应用组显著高于常规组(P<0.05);双囊导尿管应用组灌肠液保留时间明显长于常规组(P<0.05),排气时间和住院时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05),灌肠液量和排便量显著高于常规组(P<0.05);双囊导尿管应用组满意度为97.67%(42/43),常规组为80.95%(34/42),双囊导尿管应用组显著高于常规组(P<0.05);双囊导尿管应用组不适反应发生率为9.30%(4/43),常规组为33.33%(14/42),双囊导尿管应用组显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论双囊导尿管在肛门括约肌松弛患者保留灌肠时应用效果显著,可增加灌肠液保留时间,促进患者恢复,提高患者满意度,减少不适反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of double-sac urethral catheter on retention enema in patients with anal sphincter relaxation.Methods 85 patients with intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into routine group(42 cases)and double-sac catheter application group(43 cases)according to random number table.Routine group was treated with routine retention enema,while double-sac catheter application group was treated with double-sac catheter retention enema.The effect of enema,retention time of enema,exhaust time and retention time were observed.Hospitalization time,enema volume,defecation volume,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of enema was 95.35%(41/43),83.33%(35/42)in the double-sac catheter application group and 83.33%(35/42)in the routine group.The retention time of enema in the double-sac catheter application group was significantly longer than that in the routine group(P<0.05),the exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the volume of enema and defecation was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).In the routine group(P<0.05),the satisfaction rate of the double-sac catheter application group was 97.67%(42/43),the routine group was 80.95%(34/42),the double-sac catheter application group was significantly higher than the routine group(P<0.05);the incidence of uncomfortable reaction of the double-sac catheter application group was 9.30%(4/43),the routine group was 33.33%(14/42),and the double-sac catheter application group was significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of double-sac catheter in retention enema for patients with anal sphincter relaxation is effective,which can increase retention time of enema,promote recovery,improve patient satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
