妊娠糖尿病专病日间病房管理模式的实践与效果评价

Evaluate the Practical Effects of Day-care Unit Management in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的评价妊娠糖尿病专病日间病房管理模式的实践效果。方法于2018年1月开始实施专病日间病房管理模式,从专病日间病房管理模式实施前(2017年1-12月)和实施后(2018年1-12月)收治的妊娠糖尿病患者中各抽选45例分别纳入对照组和研究组,统计并比较两组患者血糖控制情况和不良妊娠结局发生率。结果管理后研究组空腹及餐后2h血糖水平均比对照组更低,(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率6.67%低于对照组的17.78%,(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施专病日间病房管理模式,可以有效控制患者血糖水平,利于患者妊娠结局的改善。

Objective To evaluate the practical effects of day-care unit management in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Since January 2018,the day-care unit management was performed;45 gestational diabetes mellitus patients(2017.01-2017.12)and 45 patients(2018.01-2018.12)were chosen as control group and research group,respectively.The blood glucose control conditions and adverse pregnancy outcomes were counted.Results After management,fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial plasma glucose contents in the research group were lower than control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the research group(6.67%)was significantly lower than control group(17.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The day-care unit management can greatly control patient’s blood glucose and improve the pregnancy outcomes.
