苓桂二术汤加减联合臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎22例的临床观察

Clinical Observation on 22 Cases of Knee Joint Synovitis Treated with Linggui Erzhu Decoction and Ozone

目的对苓桂二术汤加减联合臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床效果进行分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月到我院接受治疗的45例膝关节滑膜炎患者作为研究对象,并按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(23例,采用臭氧治疗)和观察组(22例,采用苓桂二术汤加减联合臭氧治疗),并对比其治疗效果。结果对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节滑膜炎进行治疗时,以口服中药配合低浓度臭氧的治疗方式能够止痛消肿,其治疗效果明显,具有较高的临床使用价值和推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Linggui Erzhu Decoction combined with ozone in the treatment of knee synovitis.Methods Forty-five patients with knee synovitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(23 cases,treated with ozone)and observation group(22 cases,treated with Linggui Erzhu Decoction plus or minus ozone)according to different treatment methods,and their therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine combined with low concentration ozone can relieve pain and swelling in the treatment of knee synovitis,which has obvious therapeutic effect and high clinical value and popularization value.
