优质护理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Quality Nursing in Diabetic Patients

目的在糖尿病患者中应用优质护理的临床应用效果。方法随机对60例糖尿病患者进行分组研究,对照组30例行一般护理,研究组30例行优质护理,统计两组糖尿病患者的临床护理结果,并做对比分析。结果护理后,研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组的住院时间明显短于对照组,其护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在糖尿病患者临床护理中应用优质护理,有助于糖尿病患者高效控制血糖水平,既提升了护理质量又获得了糖尿病患者的广泛认可,值得推荐。

Objective To apply the clinical application effect of quality nursing in patients with diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the control group were given general nursing and 30 in the research group were given high quality nursing.The clinical nursing results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group P<0.05;the hospitalization time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in clinical nursing of diabetic patients can help diabetic patients to control blood sugar level efficiently,which not only improves the quality of nursing,but also gains wide recognition of diabetic patients.It is worth recommending.
