蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸过程中的护理方法和体会

Nursing Methods and Experience in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice by Blue Light Irradiation

目的分析探究蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸过程中的护理方法与体会。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2019年3月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿62例,将其按照不同护理方式均分为研究组(31例,采用优质综合护理)和对照组(31例,采用常规护理)。比较两组患者护理满意度以及平均黄疸消退时间情况。结果(1)护理满意度比较:研究组患儿护理满意度远高于对照组,且两组差异显著(P<0.05);(2)黄疸消退时间比较:研究组黄疸消退时间远低于对照组,且两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸患儿的护理中,采取更为优质的综合护理可提高护理满意度以及减少黄疸平均消退时间,可于临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the nursing methods and experience of blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods Sixty-two cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into study group(31 cases with high quality comprehensive nursing)and control group(31 cases with routine nursing)according to different nursing methods.The nursing satisfaction and the average jaundice subsidence time of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Comparisons of nursing satisfaction:the nursing satisfaction of children in the study group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparisons of jaundice subsidence time:the jaundice subsidence time of the study group was much lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of neonatal jaundice patients treated by blue light,better comprehensive nursing was adopted.It can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the average time of jaundice subsidence.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
