摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备出Fe掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒,并用XRD、SEM、XPS、UV-Vis、PL对样品的物理化学性能进行表征。结果表明,Fe掺杂能够减小TiO2的禁带宽度和光生电子-空穴的复合概率。光催化降解亚甲基蓝溶液的实验表明,随着Fe掺杂量的增加,TiO2的光催化活性先增大后减小,F4-TiO2的光催化活性最高,60 min后对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到94.2%。Fe掺杂TiO2具有较好的稳定性,重复5次光催化降解实验后,对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率仍达到89.4%。
The Fe doped TiO2 photocatalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method,and characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,UV-Vis,PL.The results indicated that Fe doping could reduce the band gap and photogenerated electron-hole recombination probability of TiO2.The degradation results of methylene blue showed that the degradation rate increased and then decreased when the doped amount of Fe increased.The degradation rate of F4-TiO2 to methylene blue was 94.2%after 60 min photocatalytic test,which was the highest.The Fe doped TiO2 photocatalyst had good stability,the degradation rate was 89.4%even after 5 times photocatalytic test.
