印染废水处理提标改造工程设计与运行实例

摘要 分析了水质及原有设施情况,阐述了工艺选择的过程和依据,并详述了主要构筑物设计。调试运行结果表明,采用“厌氧+好氧生化(好氧活性污泥+生物膜)+物化”法即提标改造后的新工艺处理后,COD的平均去除率达80%以上,出水CODCr不大于200 mg/L,符合GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》的间接排放要求。 The water quality and existing facilities were analyzed,the process and basis of process selection were expounded,and the design of main structures was described in detail.The results of commissioning and operation showed that the average removal rate of COD was over 80%and the effluent CODCr was not more than 200 mg/L after the new upgrading and reconstruction process of"anaerobic+aerobic biochemical(aerobic activated sludge+biofilm)+physicochemical"treatment,which met the indirect discharge requirements of GB 4287—2012"Discharge standard for water pollutants in textile and dyeing industry".
