摘要
目的探讨叙事对话对低年资精神科男护士情绪工作能力的影响。方法选取43名男护士采用叙事对话的形式,以访谈和对话提问而非直接的指导教育作为主要干预方法,来培养其情绪工作能力,通过情绪工作能力量表反应其情绪能力变化,采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)反应其应对问题的积极态度,运用自制问卷对此种教育形式效果进行评价。结果低年资精神科男护士(JMPN)叙事对话教育后护士情绪工作量表总分及深层扮演、情绪表达要求维度评分较教育前升高,而表层扮演维度评分较教育前下降(P<0.01)。JMPN叙事对话教育后SCSQ积极应对维度评分较教育前升高,消极应对维度评分较教育前下降(P<0.01)。护士对教育形式效果满意度为93.02%。结论叙事对话能培养低年资精神科男护士人文素养,提升情绪工作能力,使他们积极地面对工作中的困难和挑战,以积极的方式应对问题,提高其心理适应能力,提高工作成就感。
Objective To explore the effect of narrative dialogue on emotional labor ability in male psychiatric nurses with low seniority.Methods A total of 43 male nurses were selected and intervened through narrative dialogue in the form of interviews and dialogue questions rather than direct instruction to cultivate their emotional labor ability.All subjects were assessed with Emotional Labor Ability Scale(ELAS),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and the self-designed questionnaire to reflect the change of emotional ability and the positive attitude as well as to evaluate the effect of this kind of education respectively.Results The total score and factor scores of deep acting and emotional expression requirement of ELAS in junior male psychiatric nurses(JMPN)after education increased significantly compared with those before education;but the surface acting factor score after training decreased significantly compared with that before education(P<0.01).After training,the factor score of positive coping style of SCSQ increased significantly compared with that before education,and the factor score of negative coping style of SCSQ decreased significantly compared with that before education(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of this kind of education was 93.02%.Conclusion The narrative dialogue can cultivate humanistic quality and improve emotional labor ability in junior male psychiatric nurses,promoting them to face difficulties and challenges in the work actively and deal with problems in a positive way,so as to improve their psychological adaptability and achievability in work.
