摘要
针对落料模在实际的生产过程中因取送料皮带进入机床长度限制,导致无法顺利取送料而被迫加大模具尺寸,造成成本浪费问题,提出了一种新的应用于落料模的托料结构.该机构具有结构简单,占地面积小等特点,可以有效弥补模具宽度与机床皮带长度之间的距离.
This paper mainly aims at the problem of cost waste caused by the limitation of the feeding belt entering the machine tool length in the actual productiong process of blanking die,which leads to the failure of feeding belt and forced increase of die size.A new structure for blanking die is presented.This mechanism has the characteristics of simple structure and small occupation area,which can effectively make up the ditance between the die width and the length of machine belt.
