摘要
利用3D打印技术成形快,与结构复杂程度无关的特点,设计了一种新型焊接定位方式,快速高效完成产品精准定位与焊接,实现汽车复杂钣金的快速成形制造.此方法还可以推广运用于其它类似焊接定位中.
This paper designed a new welding positioning method with the characteristic of 3d printing,it is fast in forming and the manufacturing process is independent of the complexity of the structure,fast and efficient product positioning and welding,realize the rapid forming manufacturing of complex sheet metal of automobile.This method can also be applied to other similar welding positioning.
