健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用价值研究

Application Value Research of Health Education in Chronic Bronchitis Nursing

目的研究健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年7月至2018年11月收治的82例慢性支气管炎进行研究,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上进行健康教育。比较两组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用价值显著,护理满意度高,并发症发生率低,可进行临床推广和应用。

Objective to study application value of health education in chronic bronchitis nursing.Methods choose 82 cases chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to November 2018,divide them into control group and research group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing and research group with health education on the basis of control group.Compare nursing satisfaction and complications of two groups.Results nursing satisfaction in research group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and complications incidence in research group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion health education has significant application value in chronic bronchitis nursing,and high nursing satisfaction,low complications incidence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
