摘要
目的研究酶联免疫法和定量聚合酶链反应法检测对乙肝两对半的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于我院接受诊断和治疗的乙肝患者80例作为观察组,并选择同期于我院接受健康检查的患者80例作为对照组,对所有患者均采取酶联免疫法和定量聚合酶链反应法进行检查,对比分析两组患者检查的阳性率,分析酶联免疫法和定量聚合酶链反应法检测抗乙肝两对半的临床价值。结果观察组患者经酶联免疫法检出乙肝患者69例,检测阳性率为86.25%,使用定量聚合酶链反应法检出乙肝患者67例,检测阳性率为83.75%,两种检测方式在乙肝检出率方面的对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者经酶联免疫法检出乙肝患者3例,检测假阳性率为3.75%,经定量聚合酶链反应法检出乙肝患者2例,检测假阳性率为2.50%,两种检测方式检测特异性分别为96.25%和97.50%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对乙肝患者进行检查和诊断时,使用酶联免疫法和定量聚合酶链反应法检出的阳性率无较大差异,但是定量聚合酶链反应法在对乙肝患者进行检查和诊断时操作非常简单,检测所需时间非常短,不需要使用特殊设备,在乙肝检查和诊断方面高效、快速,是一种理想的乙肝两对半检测方式,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广与应用。
Objective to study clinical value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and quantitative polymerase chain reaction(QPCR)in detecting two-and-a-half pairs of hepatitis B.Methods choose 80 cases hepatitis B patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as observation group,and 80 cases received health examination in our hospital during the same period as control group.Examine all patients with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Compare positive rate and analyze clinical value of ELISA and quantitative polymerase chain reaction in detecting anti-hepatitis B in two-and-ahalf pairs.Results 69 cases of hepatitis B patients were detected with ELISA in observation group,with positive rate of 86.25%.67 cases of hepatitis B patients were detected with quantitative polymerase chain reaction,with positive rate of 83.75%.Difference showed no statistical significance in detection rate of hepatitis B between two methods(P>0.05).3 cases in control group were detected with ELISA,with false positive rate of 3.75%.2 cases were detected with quantitative polymerase chain reaction,with false positive rate of 2.50%.Detection specificity of two methods was 96.25%and 97.50%respectively.Comparison difference showed no statistical significance between two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion positive rate showed no significant difference between ELISA and quantitative polymerase chain reaction in detection and diagnosis of hepatitis B patients,but quantitative polymerase chain reaction is simple to operate in detection and diagnosis of hepatitis B patients,with shorter detection time,with no special equipment needed.It is a efficient,fast and ideal detection and diagnosis method for two-and-a-half pairs of hepatitis B,and worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
