摘要
目的探究核素骨显像法与骨密度测定法对骨质疏松诊断的临床事件价值。方法随机择取我院2017年10月至2018年10月48例骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表的方法,将其划分成对照组与实验组,各24例。对照组运用骨密度测定法进行检测,实验组借助核素骨现象法实施检测,在此基础上,比较两组的检测灵敏性、误诊率。结果实验组检测灵敏性(95.83%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组误诊率(4.17%)明显低于对照组(25.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核素骨显像法具有较高的检测灵敏性,对早期骨质疏松症能进行良好的诊断,全面展示患者全身的骨骼图像与骨代谢情况,因此,此种检测方法可以在临床中被广泛应用。
Objective to explore clinical event value of radionuclide bone imaging and bone mineral density measurement in diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods choose 48 cases osteoporosis patients in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as research objects.According to random number table method,divide them into control group and experimental group,24 cases in each group.Control group was detected with bone mineral density measurement,while experimental group with radionuclide bone phenomena method.On this basis,Compare sensitivity and misdiagnosis rate of two groups.Results sensitivity of experimental group(95.83%)was significantly higher than control group(75.00%).Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Misdiagnosis rate of experimental group(4.17%)was significantly lower than control group(25.00%).Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion radionuclide bone imaging method has high sensitivity in detecting early osteoporosis,can diagnose early osteoporosis well and display bone image and bone metabolism of whole body.Therefore,the method can be applied widely in clinical practice.
