胃食管反流病的中医内科治疗临床疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的总结并归纳胃食管反流病的中医内科治疗临床疗效。方法本文挑选我院78例胃食管反流病患者,将其纳入本研究,患者挑选自2018年2月至2019年2月。将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和内科组各39例。对照组采用常规西药雷尼替丁治疗,内科组采用中医内科治疗,根据患者临床表征用药。比较两组临床效果,治疗前后症状评分、生命质量评分,及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组症状评分、生命质量评分比较,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P>0.05的结局,两组无分析意义,可比;治疗后,采用中医内科治疗的内科组在临床效果,治疗前后症状评分、生命质量评分,及不良反应发生率方面,均远优于对照组,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P<0.05的结局,两组存在分析意义。结论在胃食管反流病患者的治疗中,采用中医内科治疗,依据患者临床表征具体用药,可显著提高临床治疗效果,改善患者症状及生命质量,同时可降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗安全性。

Objective to summarize and conclude clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods choose 78 cases gastroesophageal reflux disease patients from February 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital and include in the study.Divide them into control group and internal medicine group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ranitidine,and medical group with traditional Chinese medicine,according to clinical characteristics of patients.Compare clinical effect,symptom scores,life quality scores and adverse reactions incidence before and after treatment between two groups.Results before treatment,based on statistical software test,data of symptom scores,life quality scores comparison between two groups showed P>0.05,without analysis significance.After treatment,clinical effect,symptom scores,life quality scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions incidence of medical group treated with traditional Chinese medicine were much better than control group,based on statistical software test,data between two groups showed P<0.05,there was an analysis significance.Conclusion TCM internal medicine treatment and specific medication according to clinical manifestations of patients can enhace clinical effect significantly,improve symptoms and life quality,and reduce adverse reactions incidence and improve treatment safety of of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
