维生素C预冲透析器对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响及护理措施研究

Effect of Vitamin C Pre-flushing Dialyzer on Microinflammation of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients and Research on Nursing Measures

目的对维生素C预冲透析器运用于维持性血液透析患者治疗中的具体效果以及有关护理对策进行分析。方法纳入2017年7月至2018年10月所接诊、接受血液透析治疗的患者80例。按照随机数字表法随机抽取40例患者,以常规模式展开透析,即对照组,余下40例借助维生素C预冲透析器并给与护理干预,即观察组。对比两组患者最终的护理效果。结果结合对两组治疗后炎症指标对比,观察组均具备优势,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组[95.00%(38/40)与75.00%(30/40),P<0.05]。结论对于维持性血液透析的患者,在治疗中辅以维生素C预冲透析器以及护理干预,可促使患者炎性反应得到有效改善,有助于患者恢复。

Objective to analyze specific effect of vitamin C pre-flushing dialyzer in treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients and related nursing countermeasures.Methods include 80 cases hemodialysis patients from July 2017 to October 2018.According to random number table method,40 cases in control group were treated with routine hemodialysis mode,remaining 40 cases of observation group was treated with vitamin C pre-flushing dialyzer and nursing intervention.Compare final nursing effect of two groups.Results compare inflammation indexes after treatment of two groups,observation group had advantages,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group[95.00%(38/40)and 75.00%(30/40),P<0.05].Conclusion vitamin C pre-flushing dialyzer and nursing intervention can improve inflammatory response and help recover of maintenance hemodialysis patients effectively.
