中药治疗卵巢囊肿的体会

Experience of Treating Ovarian Cyst with Traditional Chinese Medicine

卵巢囊肿是一种较常见的妇科疾病,根据囊肿大小和症状表现可选择不同的治疗方式如手术、针刺、中药以及超声介入治疗等.根据中医辨证理论可将卵巢囊肿的常见证型、症候要素以及症状等分为几个类型并且给予相应的治疗方式,临床上该病常见的证型包括以下几个方面:气滞血瘀型、肝郁脾虚型、痰瘀互结型、痰湿内生型、肝郁气滞型、肾阳虚证型、湿热郁结型等。虚性症候的要素主要包括气虚、阳虚、阴虚以及血虚等几个方面,其次则症候病位在肾、肝脾以及胞宫等几个方面。本文就临床实例对多囊卵巢的中药治疗进行探讨,分享自己的一得之见。

Ovarian cyst is a common gynecological disease.According to its size and symptoms,different treatment methods can be chosen,such as surgery,acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine and ultrasound interventional therapy.According to theory of symptoms differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,there are several types of ovarian cyst based on common syndromes,symptomatic factors,which can be treated with corresponding therapy.Clinically,common syndromes of the disease include the following aspects:qi stagnation and blood stasis type,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,phlegm and blood stasis type,phlegm and dampness endogenous type,liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type,Kidney Yang deficiency type,damp-heat stagnation type,etc.Elements of deficiency syndrome mainly include qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency and blood deficiency,followed by kidney,liver and spleen and uterus and other aspects of symptoms.The article discusses treatment of polycystic ovary with traditional Chinese medicine based on clinical examples to share opinions of the author.
