Clinical Nursing Intervention Research of NICU Medical Device-related Stress Injury

目的对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)医疗器械相关性压力损伤(MDR-PI)采取持续质量改进护理干预及其效果进行研究。方法选择2016年6月至2018年6月收治的110例NICU收治的高危患儿为对象,随机分参照组与研究组各55例,参照组进行常规护理,研究组进行持续质量改进,观察两组发生MDR-PI的情况。结果通过不同的护理干预后,观察两组患儿氧饱和圈、导联线、电极贴、留置针、鼻导管、气管插管及胃管等使用中发生MDR-PI的情况,发现研究组发生率比参照组少,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属对护理的满意度明显比参照组更高,区别对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理持续质量改进能够大大减少NICU患儿发生MDR-PI的情况,提高患儿家属的满意度,应用价值较高。

Objective to study effect of continuous quality improvement nursing intervention on medical device-related stress injury(MDR-PI)in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods choose 110 cases NICU highrisk children admitted from June 2016 to June 2018 as subjects.Divide them into control group and research group randomly,55 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,and research group received continuous quality improvement.Observe occurrence of MDR-PI in two groups.Results after different nursing interventions,observe occurrence of MDR-PI during application of oxygen saturation circle,conductor line,electrode sticker,indwelling needle,nasal catheter,endotracheal intubation and gastric tube in two groups.MDR-PI incidence in research group was less than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of research group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion continuous improvement of nursing quality can reduce occurrence of MDR-PI in NICU children greatly and improve satisfaction of their families,which is of high application value.
