综合护理对股骨头坏死术后生活质量及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Life Quality and Nursing Satisfaction after Femoral Head Necrosis Surgery

目的研究分析在股骨头坏死手术患者中开展综合护理干预对生活质量以及护理满意度的改善效果。方法随机抽选2018年1月至2018年8月本治疗的88例股骨头坏死手术患者临床资料进行分析,抽签法分组为观察组以及对照组各44例。对照组接受常规基础性护理,观察组接受综合护理,对比两组患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康分数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度显著比对照组要高(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对股骨头坏死患者实施综合护理干预有利于改善其生活质量水平,提升护理满意度,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective to study and analyze improvement effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on life quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods choose clinical data of 88 cases femoral head necrosis patients treated from January 2018 to August 2018 randomly for analysis.Divide them into observation group and control group with casting lots methhod,44 cases in each group.Control group received routine basic nursing,while observation group received comprehensive nursing.Compare life quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results physiological function scores,social function,emotional function,mental health and overall health in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve life quality and nursing satisfaction of femoral head necrosis patients,which has high promotion value.
