健康体检优质护理服务对风险事件及满意度的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Service on Risk Events and Satisfaction of Health Examination

目的分析健康体检优质护理服务对护理满意度与风险事件发生情况的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年5月来我院行健康体检的200例体检者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,观察组行优质护理干预,对比两组体检者的满意度情况、风险事件发生情况、体检周期以及平均体检时间。结果与对照组对比,观察组体检时间、体检周期更短,满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.6326、8.8888、10.2658,P<0.05);观察组体检风险事件发生率为4%,明显低于对照组的23%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.4571,P<0.05)。结论健康体检优质护理服务利于提高护理满意度,降低风险事件发生率。

Objective to analyze effect of quality nursing service on nursing satisfaction and risk events.Methods choose 200 cases physical examination persons in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 as research objects.Divide them into two groups by random number table method.Control group was intervened by routine nursing mode,and observation group with quality nursing intervention.Compare satisfaction degree,risk events and physical examination period and average physical examination time of two groups.Results compared with control group,observation group had shorter physical examination time,shorter physical examination cycle and higher satisfaction scores(t=9.6326,8.8888,10.2658,P<0.05);incidence of physical examination risk events in observation group was 4%,significantly lower than 23%of control group(χ2=15.4571,P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing service of physical examination is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction and reduce incidence of risk events.
