继续性教育对输尿管皮肤造口病人的生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Education on Life Quality of Patients with Ureteral Skin Stoma

目的探讨继续性教育对改善输尿管皮肤造口患者的生活质量的效果,以期为临床中该病的术后工作指导提供参考。方法选取我院2017年01月至2018年12月行输尿管皮肤造口患者的临床资料,并将其分为观察组及对照组,其中观察组采用继续性教育进行随访教育,对照组采用常规护理教育。结果两组患者ESCA、ADL评分在出院后3个月较出院前均有所升高,但观察组升高水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者SAS和PSQI评分出院后3个月较出院前降低,但观察组患者降低水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组累计随访时间与ESCA评分、ADL评分呈正相关关系;观察组累计随访时间与SAS评分、PSQL评分呈负相关关系,差异均有统计学意义。结论继续性教育方式能减轻输尿管皮肤造口患者术后心理应激和提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中应用。

Objective to explore effect of continuing education on improving life quality of patients with ureteral skin stoma,to provide reference for clinical work guidance of disease after operation.Methods choose clinical data of patients with ureteral skin stoma in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,divide them into observation group and control group.Observation group received follow-up education with continuing education,and control group received routine nursing education.Results ESCA and ADL scores of two groups at 3 months after discharge were higher than before discharge,and increase level of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SAS and P SQI scores of two groups were lower at 3 months after discharge than those before discharge,decrease level of observation group was lower than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Cumulative follow-up time of observation group was positively correlated with ESCA and ADL scores,while cumulative follow-up time of observation group was negatively correlated with SAS and PSQL scores,difference showed statistical significance.Conclusion continuing education can reduce psychological stress and improve life quality of patients with ureteral skin stoma,which is worthy of clinical application.
