中西医结合护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Chemotherapy Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨中西医结合护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的影响。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月在我院肿瘤科治疗的94例非小细胞肺癌化疗患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医护理,观察组采用中西医结合护理,比较两组患者的胃肠道毒副反应严重程度、疼痛改善情况、健康知识知晓率及护理满意率。结果观察组护理后恶心、呕吐、便秘、纳呆等胃肠道毒副反应评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握率、护理满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的效果显著,能有效减轻胃肠道毒副反应严重程度,降低疼痛程度,提升疾病知识掌握率,提升辅助治疗效果,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective to explore effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods divide 94 cases non-small cell lung cancer patients treated in oncology department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 into two groups randomly.Control group received routine western medicine nursing,while observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.Compare severity of gastrointestinal toxicity,pain improvement,health knowledge awareness rate and nursing rational satisfaction of two groups.Results gastrointestinal toxicity scores and side effects such as nausea,vomiting,constipation and dementia in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);VAS pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);health knowledge mastery rate and the nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing has remarkable effect on non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,can reduce severity of gastrointestinal toxicity and side effects effectively,lower pain degree,improve disease knowledge mastery rate,enhance auxiliary treatment effect,which is of positive clinical significance.
