探究早期综合护理对脑出血微创手术患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

Effect Exploration of Early Comprehensive Nursing on Neurological Function and Life Quality of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage with Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的对在脑出血微创手术患者中实施早期综合护理对患者的神经功能及生活质量的影响进行探究,以期为进一步提高脑出血患者护理水平、改善预后提供参考。方法将我院于2016年8月至2018年8月接收的84例脑出血患者纳入本次研究观察范围,采用抽签方式将患者等分为对照组(42例)与观察组(42例),给予对照组常规护理干预,给予观察组早期综合护理,对两种护理模式下患者术后神经功能及生活质量进行对比观察。结果干预前两组患者神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分及SF-36简易生活量表得分均无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后两组NIHSS量表得分均显著下降,SF-36量表得分均明显上升(P<0.05),且与同时期的对照组相比,治疗后观察组NIHSS量表得分显著较低,SF-36量表得分明显较高(P<0.05)。结论将早期综合护理干预应用于行微创手术脑出血患者中可有效改善患者术后神经功能及生活质量,促进患者康复转归,值得推广。

Objective to explore effect of early comprehensive nursing on neurological function and life quality of cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery,to provide reference for further improving nursing level and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods include 84 cases cerebral hemorrhage patients received in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 in the study.Divide them into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases)by drawing lots.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,observation group with early comprehensive nursing,Compare and observe postoperative neurological function and life quality under two two nursing modes.Results there was no significant difference in scores of NIHSS and SF-36 Simple Life Scale between two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,NIHSS scores of two groups decreased significantly,and SF-36 scale scores increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with control group at the same time,NIHSS scores in observation group after treatment was lower than control group.SF-36 scores was significantly higher than SF-36(P<0.05).Conclusion early comprehensive nursing intervention can improve postoperative neurological function and life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery effectively,and promote their recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
