地特胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of Insulin Detemir Combined with Liraglutide in Treatment of Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究地特胰岛素与利拉鲁肽联合治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取我院于2017年5月至2018年3月收治的138例肥胖2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组。对照组69例,给予患者地特胰岛素治疗;观察组69例,给予患者特胰岛素与利拉鲁肽联合治疗。对比两组患者血脂指标的改善情况、胰岛素用量,以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者每日胰岛素用量大幅减少,且少于对照组,BMI低于对照组(P<0.05);血脂相关指标、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的效果理想,可有效降低患者体脂率与不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective to explore clinical effect of insulin detemir combined with liraglutide in treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods choose 138 cases obese type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018,divide them into two groups randomly.Control group(69 cases)was treated with insulin detemir,while observation group(69 cases)with insulin detemir combined with liraglutide.Compare improvement of blood lipid index,insulin dosage and adverse reactions incidence between two groups.Results after treatment,daily insulin dosage of patients in observation group decreased significantly,which was less than control group,BMI was lower than control group(P<0.05),blood lipid related indicators and adverse reactions were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion insulin detemir combined with liraglutide has ideal effect in treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can reduce body fat rate and adverse reactions incidence effectively,which is worthy of promotion and application.
