阶段性心理护理对肝胆外科手术病人负性情绪改善效果分析

Effect Analysis of Staged Psychological Nursing on Improving Negative Emotions of Hepatobiliary Surgery Patients

目的探讨阶段性心理护理在肝胆外科手术病人负性情绪中护理效果。方法采用抽签模式从本院肝胆外科手术治疗患者中抽出170例,均分为观察组和对照组。其中,对照组选择常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上加以阶段性心理护理,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组护理满意度较对照组高(95.29%>82.35%);观察组SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低,且P<0.05。结论针对肝胆外科手术治疗患者加以阶段性心理护理措施进行干预,有效提高护理满意度同时有利于改善其围术期负面情绪,对保证手术效果,值得推广。

Objective to explore nursing effect of stage psychological nursing on negative emotions of hepatobiliary surgery patients.Methods choose 170 cases hepatobiliary surgery patients in our hospital by lottery method.Divide them into observation group and control group.Among them,control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and observation group with stage psychological nursing on the basis.Compare clinical effect of two groups.Results nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group(95.29%>82.35%).SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion staged psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and perioperative negative emotions of hepatobiliary surgery patients,and ensure effect of surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
