探讨优质护理在子宫肌瘤术后护理中的有效性

Effectiveness Exploration of Quality Nursing on Post-operative Care of Hysteromyoma

目的对子宫肌瘤术后采取优质护理的有效性进行探讨。方法选择2016年2月至2018年10月收治的80例子宫肌瘤病人随机设为参考组与研究组各40例,对参考组开展标准护理,对研究组开展优质护理,比较两组护理有效性。结果护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分以及生活质量评分相比均不存在明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分明显比参考组下降,而生活质量评分则明显比参考组升高,组间差别对比有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);经不同护理干预后,术后研究组疼痛评分、下地时间、住院时间均比参考组少,满意度评分则高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤术后病人开展优质护理,可取得较为满意的效果,在临床中具有较大的推广价值。

Objective to explore effectiveness of quality nursing on hysteromyoma operation.Methods choose 80 cases hysteromyoma patients from February 2016 to October 2018,divide them into reference group and research group randomly,40 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with standard nursing and research group with quality nursing.Compare nursing effectiveness between two groups.Results before nursing,anxiety,depression and life quality scores showed no significant differences between two groups,(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety and depression scores of research group were significantly lower than reference group,while life quality scores were significantly higher than reference group,with significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).After different nursing interventions,pain scores,out of bed time and hospitalization time of research group were less than reference group,while satisfaction scores was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing has satisfactory results and great value in clinical promotion for hysteromyoma patients.
