浅析综合护理干预对腹膜透析患者季节性血压变化的影响

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Seasonal Blood Pressure Changes in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的分析综合护理干预对腹膜透析患者的季节性血压变化带来的影响。方法抽取68例进行腹膜透析的患者为对象,纳入时间在2016年3月至2018年9月间,所有患者均采取综合性护理干预,对比夏季与秋季患者的血压变化情况。结果对腹膜透析患者采取综合性护理干预后,患者夏季与秋季舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压以及体重等相比,存在着明显的差异,秋季均比夏季高(P<0.05)。结论在综合护理干预下,患者体重的增长是影响其季节性血压变化的重要因素,通过控制体重可能会对腹膜透析者的季节性血压变化带来一定改变,从而预防心脑血管并发症出现,具有重要的研究价值。

Objective to analyze influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on seasonal blood pressure changes of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods choose 68 cases peritoneal dialysis patients from March 2016 to September 2018.as subjects.All cases were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,and compare blood pressure changes in summer and autumn.Results after comprehensive nursing intervention for peritoneal dialysis patients,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure and body weight of patients showed significant differences between summer and autumn,that of autumn was higher than summer(P<0.05).Conclusion under comprehensive nursing intervention,body weight increase is an important factor affecting seasonal blood pressure changes of patients.Controlling body weight may bring some changes to seasonal blood pressure of peritoneal dialysis patients,thus prevent occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications,which is of important research value.
