优质护理服务配合沟通技巧在肺功能检查患者中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing Service and Communication Skills for Patients with Pulmonary Function Examination

目的探讨优质护理服务配合沟通技巧在肺功能检查患者中的应用。方法对我院2018年1月至2018年12月共50例肺功能检查患儿进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予优质护理服务,并运用沟通技巧,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组检查依从性以及护理满意度均高于对照组,平均肺功能检查时间低于对照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理服务配合沟通技巧在肺功能检查中具有良好的效果,有利于营造良好的护患关系,使患儿在检查中能高度配合,从而缩短检查时间,保证检查效果,值得推广应用。

Objective to explore application of quality nursing service combined with communication skills for patients with pulmonary function examination.Methods choose 50 children with pulmonary function examination from January 2018 to December 2018,divide them into observation group and control group randomly,25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with quality nursing service,and compare nursing effects of two groups with communication skills.Results compliance and nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,and average time of pulmonary function examination was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing service combined with communication skills has good effect in pulmonary function examination,is conducive to building good nurse-patient relationship,help children cooperate highly during examination,thus shorten examination time and ensure examination effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
