中医证素辨证原理与红外热成像技术结合应用初探 被引量:7

摘要 中医诊病之难,难在证之万辨。方随证转,首先辨证准确是进一步运用合适方药来提高疗效的重要前提。医用红外热成像技术因其与中医证素辨证同样具有辨病位和病性的特点,曾被寄望为"中医的CT",其已逐渐被证实与中医经络腧穴及某些疾病的证候演变规律存在相关性。本文认为中医证素辨证原理与红外热成像技术相结合得以在临床中广泛应用的主要原因在于,两者在中医思维、诊断要点、疗效评价三方面存在共通点。在此基础上,两者的优缺互补将辅助中医关键病位直观化、抽象病性可视化、隐匿病证显现化,促进中医临床诊疗更趋于客观、精准。 The difficulty in diagnosing a disease lies in various of syndrome in TCM.The important precondition is correct syndrome differentiation to ensure the efficacy with proper prescription.Medical infrared thermal imaging technology has been expected to be CT of TCM,because it is distinguished in differentiating the disease location and differentiating the disease feature just as syndrome differentiation is.It has been gradually confirmed that infrared thermography technology has certain correlations with TCM meridians and syndrome evolution.It is believed that the main reason why the principle of syndrome differentiation and infrared thermal imaging technology can be widely used in clinical practice is that there are common points in TCM thinking,diagnosis points and efficacy evaluation.The complementation of these two assists in the visualization of the key disease location,the visualization of abstract disease feature,and the manifestation of hidden disease syndrome,thus to promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment be more objective and accurate.
